We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating, lending us their own hairdryer and allowing us to check in late. The room was spacious and modern, with a large spa bath that was absolutely awesome. The hotel is conveniently located close to great cafes and restaurants, making it easy to explore the local dining scene. The service was top-notch, with fast response times and daily linen replacement. We also appreciated the great amenities provided, such as ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. this place exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and quality.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Very central
I thought the portacot could have been erected by the owner but I was told it was a rule that one had to put up ones own portacot - a high chair could have been offered as we had a toddler - one was supplied when asked for

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location is great as it is right in the village, making it easy to walk to everything. I loved that it was tucked away on a little side street just past the local TAB pub. Secondly, the rooms were well-equipped with basic amenities and had comfortable beds, including a sofa bed. The spa bath was a real treat, perfect for a quiet wine in the evening. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and the complimentary newspapers were a nice touch.
All in all, my experience at this hotel was wonderful.

We required a disability room and it was perfect for our purpose. The room was immaculate and well appointed - also quiet.
Check the bottom of the bathroom door- it needs a slight repair. Unit 4.

Well located and within easy walking distance to local shops. The amenities in the room were good and the room was very spacious
Room lighting was too harsh. Light dimmers would have helped. Internet access was patchy.

This accommodation is ideally situated for those who want to stay close to everything in the Havelock North area. It's perfect for those interested in visiting the region's many wineries, and there are some lovely restaurants nearby including an excellent Indian restaurant and great fish and chips shop. the apartments are spacious and clean, well equipped even for a long stay. the communication with the owner was prompt and thoughtful.
Internet connectivity was a problem and guests could only connect one device at a time.

We were comfortable but as an elderly couple, found the access to electric blanket wall plugs very hard to reach.

Had an amazing Easter trip! the room was spacious and we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful treats waiting for us in the room. the location was perfect as it was close to shops and a great Indian restaurant. the bed was really comfortable and we slept soundly.
The open shower was a bit uncomfortable as water overflowed onto the bathroom floor, making it cold and slippery. Since our room was on the ground floor, we noticed that there was some noise in the morning from people walking around outside.
